Application

    • Prepare fresh Tulsi juice daily.
    • Take 5-7 Leaves of Tulsi. Crush them properly and extract their juice.
    • Put1 drop of Tulsi Juice in the nose daily in the morning. 
    • Take ½ spoon of Tulsi Juice+ a pinch of black pepper powder and consume it with lukewarm water daily empty stomach in the morning. 

*Results can be seen within 15 days of treatment as patients get relief from dry cough.

Dambel (TylophoraIndica)

It is a highly medicinal plant that is used for respiratory diseases to clear the lungs of excess mucus. Tylophora increases the airflow and reduces allergic reactions in the body. 

Usage
    • It is advised to chew1 one leaf daily with lukewarm water for regularly 7 days to see the effective results.

Mulathi (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)

Application

    • To prepare Mulathi Powder all you need is:
    • 200 gms of Mulathi. Dry it properly and then grind it and make its powder and then sieve it properly in an air-tight container.

Usage 

Mix ½ tsp. of Mulathi powder + ½ tsp. of Honey. Consume it in the morning and evening before meals. 

Ginger Garlic Tea

Ginger Garlic is a perfect combination for treating serious health issues. They have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that offer protection against diseases. This tea is also the best idea for boosting Immunity. 

Application

    • 3-4 crushed Garlic+ a small piece of Ginger crushed. 
    • Boil it in 100 ml. of water and then filter it. 
    • Add ½ tsp. of Honey and consume it once a day. It relieves Kapha accumulation in the airways and treats Asthma within 1 month. 

Desi Ghee & Cow Milk

The benefits of Desi ghee and Cow’s Milk are diverse in Nature. Cow’s milk will never trigger Asthma symptoms.

Application

    • Take ½ tsp. of Desi ghee, and add a pinch of Black pepper powder.
    • Immediately add ½ tsp. of Gram flour (Besan).
    • Then after a few seconds and 100 ml. of Cow’s milk and stir it until it gets thick for approximately 5 minutes. 

Follow this daily before going to bed at night until 1 week. It helps in treating Asthma naturally.

Bay Leaves

Bay leaves do wonders in treating cough in Asthma. Take a few Bay leaves and make its Powder. 

Application

    • ½ tsp. of Bay leaves powder
    • +1/4th tsp. of Pippali powder.
    • +1 tsp. of Honey.
    • Mix all these ingredients and consume them 3 times a day after meals.

Cinnamon & Trikatu

Application 

    • 1 tsp. of Cinnamon and 1/4th tsp. of Trikatu.
    • Boil them in 100 ml. of water.
    • When the water gets cool down add 1 tsp. of Honey and intake it. 

Lavender Oil

Application

    • It is advised to inhale at least 10 drops of oil by mixing it in boiling water.
    • Inhale the steam for 5 minutes. 

Honey

Pursed Lip Breathing

Method to perform the exercise:

    • While in the simple breathing position, exhale through pursed lips like you are blowing a whistle. 
    • Exhaling should ideally be twice as long as inhaling.
