It is a degenerative disease, generally experienced by people of adult age i.e. 30 years or above. Patients usually undergo pain, stiffness, and headache in the neck where the phenomenon relates to the breaking down of the spine, fluid and volume loss, thickened ligaments, compressed disks, and spur formation of bones. The condition is invited by humans themselves as a sedentary lifestyle, wrong posture, and prolonged sitting in the same position results in degeneration of the cervical bones.
